RULES for TDS in REBELS OF CANASTA

1. As a TD you are required to host. Please pre-set your tournaments as much in advance as possible.
Pre-setting helps Admins and other TD's see what times need extra attention, also lets members know we have tourneys up.
Of course, we understand there will be times you cannot host.
Let one of the TD managers know this please so we know you are ok an still want to stay on staff.
PLEASE ALSO SUPPORT FELLOW STAFF BY PLAYING IN OTHERS TOURNAMENTS ESPECIALLY WHEN BEGGING FOR PLAYERS

2. It is your responsibility to be in the lobby at least 15 mins before your tourneys start,
30 minutes before helps as you can spam an get the lobby going if no one else has set before your time.

3. We are a team we must work together without public conflict and show respect to each other and the members at all times.
Always remember that the players have bad days (we do too but we must not let them see it).
Don't take these things personal as tomorrow they will love you as much as they did yesterday.

4. ALL TDs SHOULD read emails, daily results and message forums.
Daily Buzz - Go to our home page, click standings tab, click "Daily Buzz" (directly below the standing tab).
Message Forums - Go to our home page, click community tab, click "Message Forums" (directly below the community tab).

5. All TDs needs to help new members with any problems that arise and help people join the league.

6. Make sure you always pay attention to the lobby.
If you have to leave your computer, ask another TD if one is present to watch your tourneys for you.
Also say BRB in lobby to the members so they will know you are not at your computer.

7. Should an emergency arise get a HTD or Admin to run your tourneys for you.
Make sure they know you are leaving before you leave the lobby.

8. Hosting staff is only allowed to play in 2 tourneys while hosting.
This is so we can watch lobby and not play slow as members
complain an get upset if we miss post in lobby or if there is a problem.

9. Please let the hosting TD take care of any issues while they are hosting,
if there is a problem that the TD cannot handle they need to ask for help from other staff that is in the lobby.

10. When setting tourneys please make sure you do not double up,
please check the tourneys before you an after you to make sure we are not playing games too close together.
If a member requests one then we must make them,
but please don’t duplicate tourneys unless its like 3 hrs, before or after that same tourney is being run.

11. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE DO WE SPAM OUR LEAGUE INFO IN ANY OTHER SAFE HARBOR LOBBY

12. Please do not discuss situations about other TDs with anyone but admin
as this can cause drama an we do not want that,
if you have a problem with someone on staff go to one of the admins an discuss the problem.

13. Since we are now running specials,
we need to make sure we go the the specials calendar an set the proper tourney for that time slot.
Members look at those an if we don’t have what is on that calendar for that time slot they will get mad.
We can’t change them because someone requests another tourney, set the request at a different time

If you see any other league advertising their league info in the Rebels lobby:
Please take a screen shot, if possible, and get an ADMIN so it can be dealt with ASAP.
If an admin is not online either email them with the info and the name of the person that spammed it or leave the admin a offline.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO KEEP DRAMA OUT OF LOBBY.
