If the first card is a 2 or a joker then NO WILDS can be played during that hand.
This means you can only have RED CANASTAS and NATURAL MELDS for that hand only.
If first card is a Red 3 or Black 3 then it is REG NTC for that hand only.
Please announce at table what first card up is..
You can meld anytime and go out anytime.
