Chain of command that staff need to follow when issues arise

who will then go to Billy and Gina to solve if she cannot fix it herself

Staff Issues (because yes this still seems to happen) or questions

Jess or Brenda
who will then bring it to Trish and they will work out what action is required
If the TD managers and Head TD Manager can not solve the issue Trish will go to Billy and Gina

Billy and Gina are the last people to be contacted when issues arise, you all have Facebook chats or email to contact the above people, instead of bombarding Billy or Gina with every thing!

When staff are hosting and you see an issue arise with tourneys being run please IM them be polite,
if its a must be fixed now issue,
otherwise when staff are hosting do not im them unless they reach out to you,
if you feel the need to have a chat with them ask if they have a minute

When you are in lobby and you see another td begging for hero's for more than 5 minutes
Please jump in to support your fellow staff even if you dislike the game,
we are all players first and fore most and members get upset if staff do not jump to fill games they want to play
PLEASE DONT SAY IN LOBBY " I HATE THAT GAME" OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT ITS NOT SHOWING MEMBERS WE ARE A TEAM

If you are in lobby to play and want a particular game to play please add it to the upcoming tourneys yourself
if you have the time to play in full said tourney you have the time to host it.
Only exception to this is if hosting staff ask for game change on tourney already on cally to be played.

When hosting we would like you to only be in our lobby only to ensure no issues arise with your tourneys,
and not in other lobby's playing, this means you can potentially play in more tourneys you are running versus not jumping in them
meaning they may be moved.
However if you are just in lobby to play then it is okay to play elsewhere as long as you are not slow.

Please watch your table numbers of tourneys in play
lately too many are playing on the same tables they win at
and its not being caught until after first hands are done
meaning game is to continue on at that table so it doesn't hold up tourney times.
However they can play on same table in another tourney game

Please keep track of your pairs time,
for tourneys in progress and call last hands if
45 minutes for singles or 60 minutes for doubles is up.
PLEASE ALSO POST IN YOUR PAIRS TIME FOR GAME PLAY 45 MINS SINGLES 60 MINS DUBS/SWAP SWISS

We understand emergencies happen in life, however please do not pre-set tourneys
if you are unsure you can be here to host due to other commitments we cannot always be sure someone else will be around to cover.

Please only spam tourneys on shg in lobby and im and the rebels of canasta chat
no need to spam staff sections, general conversations memes videos etc please post in rebels of canasta chat as well,
staff section chats should be just for issues, votes, updates, requests for pages thanks,
and if anything important that needs to be saved pin YOUR message please.
AND WHEN HOSTING PLEASE SPAM FB CHAT ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU NEED A HERO

it has been decided the following should occur in tourneys
1 we don’t take people out unless they say I’ll get in but time me out
2 unless they ask to be taken out.
3 They time out of 1 trny and still ain’t in lobby by start of the next one they in.

WE REQUEST IF YOUR TOURNEYS DO NOT FILL TO REMOVE PLAYERS THAT ARE IN THEM THEN MOVE THEM TO THE NEXT YEAR
AND BRING THEM BACK NEXT TIME YOU HOST, ONLY TOURNEYS WITH AN ERROR OR MISTAKE SHOULD BE DELETED.

IF PLAYERS SUB IN DUBS OR SWAP SWISS PLEASE FILL IN THE SUB GAME FORM ON TD PAGE
ONLY IF THEY FILL IN FOR MORE THAN HALF A GAME
HTDS IF YOU COVER TOURNEYS FOR SOMEONE ELSE PLEASE USE THE COVERED FORM ALSO
SO STATS CAN BE ADJUSTED IF YOU HOST FOR A COMPLETE ROUND OR MORE
